2. Consultations: All consultations will be conducted over the phone, video call, or in-person meeting. We will discuss your child's behaviour issues and provide personalised advice and guidance to help you resolve them.

3. Fees: Our fees vary depending on the type and duration of the service provided. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon before any service is provided. Payment is due upfront or as stated on an issued invoice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide adequate notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed consultation.

5. Confidentiality: All information provided to us during consultations is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your permission. We will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information and keep it secure.

6. Limitation of Liability: Hazel Hopper The Parenting and Sleep Consultant provides advice and guidance based on our expertise and experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our services.

7. Disclaimer: Our advice and guidance should not be used as a substitute for medical advice or treatment. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and we recommend that you seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your child's health.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
